1- 86th UFI Global Congress

UFI’s annual Global Congress is known as the exhibition industry’s largest global meeting of the year, combining international networking with unique content. It is an ideal opportunity for members to gain insight into topics of strategic interest, on the current industry trends and challenges that the exhibition industry is currently facing.
Open to UFI members only, it is known as the “must attend” event for all industry professionals.
2- Global CEO Summit (GCS) 2020
Place: Rome, Italy
Date: 5-7 February 2020
By invitation only
The Global CEO Summit, or the GCS for short, is UFI’s most exclusive event. It serves as the exhibition industry’s annual curtain raiser event for the most senior executives worldwide. It offers top-level content, dialogues, and excellent networking – all in a relaxed environment.
The 2020 edition of the GCS moved to Rome (Italy), and will take place from 5th to 7th February. The GCS is an invitation-only event for CEOs and equivalents from international exhibition organisers and venue operators.
3- UFI Asia-Pacific Conference 2020
Place: Macau, Macau
Date: 3-6 March 2020

Over the past 14 years, the UFI Asia-Pacific Conference has become one of the exhibition industry’s most important gatherings for learning and networking. Each year, the UFI Asia-Pacific Conference attracts around 300 leaders from organisers, venues, associations, service providers and government bodies. The next edition of the UFI Asia-Pacific Conference 2020 will take place in Macau from 3-6 March 2020.
The 2020 conference will be hosted by Macau Fair & Trade Association (MFTA) supported by Macao Trade & Investment Promotion Institute IPIM.
